In today’s show, we’re going to talk about why making fewer changes with your food and your exercise actually leads to better and faster results. I know so many times when we want to lose weight; and even if someone has explained to us about habit based change, it makes sense, and it sounds great, but we just want to know, is that going to work? How quickly is it going to work? And wouldn’t it just be better to do something strict, and buckle down, and get it done and lose the weight and then worry about habits later? And my answer is, probably not. Because if you’re asking that question, if we’re having this conversation, if you’re listening to this podcast; you’ve probably tried that before. And it didn’t work. And there’s a reason. So this is my attempt to persuade you to slow things down a little bit, as far as the actions, and how many actions you’re taking on at once so that you can get faster and sustainable results.
