“Corona-Fit”: Maintaining Your Personal Fitness in the Age of Coronavirus

Sports are cancelled.

Graduations are cancelled.

In person classes are cancelled.

But, is personal fitness cancelled too?

 

It depends on who you ask. While I personally haven’t cancelled personal fitness for myself, I know that for many it’s not a priority right now. Even those of us who want to continue on a personal fitness journey may find that it needs to look very different than it ever has before.
