So, we know that cooking our meals at home gives us more control over our intake and our results. But, who has time to do that? Well? Errrrrry night of the week? Not you, right?
I used to think the same thing. As a matter of fact, I used to pride myself on my ability to order Figure Friendly meals ANYWHERE.
While that is still a useful skill, I eventually got burned out on the restaurant food- and associated cost. However, I still wasn’t willing to spend a lot of time in the kitchen to make meals each day. OK, let’s be honest.
I was only willing to spend about 15 minutes- max! As per usual, I got busy answering the question, “what would it look like if I could (insert desire) even though I (insert limitation)”.
It took a little experimentation, but soon I was able to figure out how to consistently cook Figure Friendly Meals at home even though I’m not willing to spend more than 15 minutes in the kitchen creating them. Turns out, I figured out how to make it happen in 10 minutes or less. That’s what we’re talking about in today’s episode.
