So, in the interest of having some fun with the season’s flavors and still looking and feeling amazing, here’s a recipe for you to try.

 

Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls, Super Greens
  • ¾ cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 3 Dates (soaked in water overnight)
  • ½ cup ice
  • Pumpkin Spice to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Blend milk and greens until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin and dates to the blender.
  3. Blend again until smoothie.
  4. Add the pumpkin spice and ice.
  5. Blend until smooth.

 

This great tasting smoothie gives you two servings of veggies and a delicious dose of pumpkin spice.
