Today’s recipe is the first in a series of deliciously decadent AND figure friendly pumpkin recipes that I will share this month.
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla IsaPro
- ½ cup Canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 pinch Frozen Banana
- Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (I prefer 3-5 shakes)
- Add milk and pumpkin to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add Isapro and Pumpkin Pie Spice and repeat.
- Finally add banana and ice and repeat.

Remember, you can make the smoothie thicker or thinner by adjusting the amount of ice you use. If this version of the smoothie isn’t sweet enough for you, add another pinch of frozen banana.
