Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IsaPro
  • ½ cup Canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 pinch Frozen Banana
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (I prefer 3-5 shakes)

Directions:

  1. Add milk and pumpkin to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Isapro and Pumpkin Pie Spice and repeat.
  3. Finally add banana and ice and repeat.

Want to see how it is done?  Watch me make it in the video below.

Remember, you can make the smoothie thicker or thinner by adjusting the amount of ice you use.  If this version of the smoothie isn’t sweet enough for you, add another pinch of frozen banana.

Thanks for another great recipe. By the way what kind of single serving blender are you using?

My pleasure. I have a Ninja. It comes with the multi-serving container as well as the single serve cups. I have also used the Magic Bullet before. It is a single serve system. That one is much more travel friendly. You can see them both in my Amazon store: bit.ly/AmazonConcita
