Today we are going to talk about how to stop having those “It wasn’t even worth it” moments when it comes to food. Have you ever had one of those? You literally planned on it, you got all excited about maybe the dessert, or whatever it was. You had it and it just wasn’t all that. You maybe even wish you didn’t have it because now let’s just face it, the calories are down the hatchet, the fat is down the hatchet, the sugar is down the hatchet. It’s going to do whatever it’s going to do, but you did not get the enjoyment that you were planning on getting from that food item. And there’s a simple tool that I have to share with you that can stop that for good.
